By accessing or using ULOCAT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Services

ULOCAT provides AI-powered translation services including:

  • Real-time voice translation with WebRTC technology
  • Text and voice translation with cultural context
  • Translation history and cloud synchronization
  • Premium features and enhanced usage limits

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ULOCAT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Translate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
  • Rely solely on translations for critical or legal matters without professional verification
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Service Limitations

ULOCAT operates under the following limitations:

  • Free users: 15 translations per day, with rate limiting
  • Real-time translation: 2 minutes per day for free users
  • Translation accuracy depends on AI models and may not be perfect
  • Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features and higher usage limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Intellectual Property

ULOCAT and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

ULOCAT is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to translation inaccuracies or service interruptions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
